Battery-powered extractor with manual extraction for repairing exterior panels on steel car bodies.
Powered by an interchangeable LiPo lithium battery capable of delivering up to 2800 A, Battery PullForce is a unique battery-powered extraction plier that combines high power, operational precision and total freedom of movement.
The manual extraction lever allows the operator to precisely control the pulling force on the panel, gradually guiding the repair of the damage without weakening the metal structure. Battery PullForce features a V-shaped support base that concentrates the pulling force precisely on the damaged area, preventing the surrounding parts from being stressed or stretched.
Synergic welding control allows the pulse time to be adjusted, concentrating very high power over an extremely short period (approx. 0.02 sec.) and enabling effective welding, particularly in light-duty applications, without damaging any pre-painted surfaces behind the weld. The selectable welding mode – manual (activated by a button) or automatic (touch & weld) – allows the operation to be adapted to the operator’s working habits.
The close proximity of the welding and ground electrodes limits the area requiring paint removal in the repair zone (Ø 20 mm), significantly reducing preparation and finishing times. The independent rotation of the welding electrode also allows for quick and effective electrode detachment whilst maintaining high operational precision.
The interchangeable lithium battery ensures virtually unlimited runtime, allowing even the most demanding repairs to be tackled simply by replacing the flat battery with a charged one.
