After creating your user account, you will need to enter the details of all the products for which you wish to request an extended warranty, as well as a copy of the purchase document.

For assistance with the standard warranty, contact the retailer where you made your purchase directly.

In the case of a warranty extension, when you register on the portal, you will be assigned a Telwin Service Partner to whom you can refer for all operations related to proper maintenance.

The following conditions are not covered by the warranty terms:

  • failure to follow the maintenance instructions in the manual
  • alteration of the original condition of the product
  • connection to an inappropriate power supply
  • any non-reproducible software errors
  • incorrect gas pressure
  • transport and storage damage
  • fire or damage caused by natural causes such as flooding or lightning
  • defects due to natural deterioration and/or parts subject to natural wear and tear, such as torches, parts and consumables, wire feed rollers, moving mechanical parts (e.g. wheels, gears, spindles, etc.), cooling circuit pumps, cooling or cleaning fluids, earth clamps, electrode holders, etc.

 

The following are excluded from these warranty conditions:

  • all types of batteries
  • any type of connection cable subject to manipulation and related connectors
  • fuses
  • mask helmets, interchangeable protective lenses and adjustment structures for anchoring to the head

The warranty extension is activated free of charge. The request must be made no later than 3 months from the date of purchase of the products (the date on the purchase document will be considered valid). Periodic checks and any replacement of consumable parts will be charged according to the costs established by the retailer.
