Dear User, we hereby wish to inform you that the law No. 196/2003 (Law on privacy) provides for the protection of natural persons and others regarding processing of personal data. Respecting the principle of transparency, we hereby communicate that your personal data will be processed with propriety and appropriate degrees of security. In accordance with art. 10 of the aforesaid law, we hereby communicate the following information to you:
1) Personal data will be gathered with the sole purpose of fulfilling orders, issuing invoices, internal market research, sending offers and advertising material and commercial communications in general.
2) Data will be processed using computer systems with automatic data insertion into an internal data bank that is not accessible to the public.
3) Personal data will neither be transmitted nor communicated to anyone else external to the TELWIN group.
4) We wish to remind you that, in accordance with art. 7 of law 196/2003 you have the right to know, delete, update or correct the personal data you have communicated to us.
5) The title-holder for data processing is TELWIN Spa.
6) Failure to accept the privacy clauses will prevent registration of your name.
